Terms of Use
In short
- Two In Play is a game for two adults. Everything in it is optional, and either of you can stop at any time.
- Premium is a subscription or a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play. A subscription renews until you cancel it in your store account.
- The app and its cards are ours; you get a personal licence to play.
Who you are dealing with
The Two In Play app and the website twoinplay.com are provided by Ing. Jan Žitník, sole trader, Company ID (IČO) 29938155, Skokanská 433, 460 08 Liberec, Czech Republic (EU), [email protected]. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms.
Age and playing safely
The app is for people aged 18 and over. Every card is an offer, not an obligation: skip whatever you like and stop whenever either of you wants to. Play so that you both stay safe and comfortable. You are responsible for how you play.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you got it from. The app, its cards, texts, graphics and name are protected by copyright and trademark law and belong to us. Do not copy, sell, modify or reverse-engineer the app or its content, and do not use it commercially.
Premium
Part of the game is free; Premium unlocks the rest. You can buy it as a monthly or yearly subscription, or once and forever.
- The price, the period and what you get are shown in the app before you pay.
- A subscription renews automatically at the same price until you cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in your App Store (opens in a new tab) or Google Play (opens in a new tab) account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- The one-time purchase never renews.
- Payment, receipts, restoring a purchase on a new device and refunds are handled by Apple (opens in a new tab) or Google (opens in a new tab) under their rules. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- If we change prices, that only applies to new purchases. Your running subscription keeps its original price.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the game, so cards, features and design may change. We may also stop offering the app; a paid subscription period always runs out first. We provide the app as it is and cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply. If we cannot settle something together, consumers may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz (opens in a new tab)) for out-of-court resolution.
If you got the app from the App Store
- These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to maintain or support it.
- Your licence covers use on Apple devices you own or control and, as Apple's rules allow, by other accounts in your Family Sharing group.
- If the app fails to meet a warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund what you paid for it; beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation.
- We, not Apple, handle any claim about the app: product liability, compliance with laws, consumer protection, and claims that the app infringes someone's intellectual property.
- You confirm that you are not in a country under a U.S. embargo and not on a U.S. list of prohibited parties, and that you follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app.
- Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Important changes are announced in the app or on this page. If you keep using the app afterwards, the new Terms apply. Questions: [email protected].
